> GPS Software for P990i (not sat nav)

I am after a program for the P990i to use with my Bluetooth GPS. I dont want sat nav as I only need the co-ordinates, speed and a tracking function.
Does anyone know of any such software.

There is smartcom gps for uiq2 but they never ported it to uiq3 - instead they offer smartcom navigator - but dont be fooled by the name - it can load ogf2 maps and I get the feeling that it is a rehashed version of smartcom gps, though i have not tried it yet.
When I used smartcom gps I captured a load of images from google earth and stitched them together calibrated and converted them - it was quite amusing driving along with a moving map based on google earth, my track was pretty much spot on the line of the road on the images. you can also use ordinance survey maps.
A simpler free solution is j2memap which will show you coordinates, connect to a bluetooth gps, and load maps/sat images from google over your gprs connection.
google have since launched their own version but i dont think it supports a gps unit though.

Seems like it does all you want and it's cheap. There is a two day trial versjon so you can see if you can get it to do what you want before you buy.

Well. The question was something without the navigation as that wasn't needed. Then tom tom would be a slight overkill.
A second question though. On my P910 I had a program called power navigator which was great. You could load bitmap maps and it would show you where you were and stuff. the gpsj doesn't seem to have the map functions.
Does anyone know of such a program for UIQ3.0?
