well thats what my Dad has promised, so that i reduce the extra weight i have put on in the summer vacation...
loosing 50 pounds is not so easy lol
it may take 4-5 months...

but anyways, its worth the wait

yeah dude, am on fruit diet at the moment
just fruits and juices and nothing else...

i cant stand it though, its tough...

Your body needs every kind of nutrients, with the right proportions, obviously, but needs them all.
