> CPW taking too long to sort myphone -

Took it to them the 15th July was told a week later they would send it to Samsung and it would be back 3 weeks later..
Ive not heard a thing ive been into the shop and been told someone would contact me me as far as I know they haven't left me any voicemail but they may/or have phoned me but not left me any indication as to where my phone is.. how long do CPW normally take to fix phones normally?
anyone else had this long awful wait?

I had the same problem with them when I bought my P900 from CPW. I took it in after 2 weeks use as it had a problem with bluetooth and switching off.
They had it for 5 months and it still came back with the same problems as well as a couple of extra problems.
Again. My K810 which I bought from them 4 weeks ago is having a overheat problem. I took it into them after less than 1 1/2 weeks use and was told they would look at it but could take up to 6 months
Needless to say I told them where to go and sorted the problem out myself

messed the IMEI up by entering a code thinking it was a unlock code
anyways the guy advised me earlier they had posted it of to Samsung and if they couldn't fix it they would replace it...
im abit sceptical over this there warranty says they don't fix anything to do with IMEI's lol oh darm just gotta wait and see..
will sell it when I claim it back anyway
