Hi there, good morning.
I just tried to unlock first, with Cruiser cable and SEMCTool 8.4, and this is the result I got:
Switch phone ON
Get phone info

Now, the phone wont switch on... man, what did I do wrong? anyway to make it start again? I need help...

Finally, I've been able to make the phone start again thanks to SETool Lite, but I still dont know how could I unlock this W810i with my Cruiser cable and the SEMCTool 8.4.
I installed the drivers for the Cruiser cable, I'm not sure what drivers are those USB Flash ones...
If anyone knows anything, please post, many thanks
