Been formatted several times via secret menu and by the normal menu.And it still keep on freezing when i go to disconnet and restarting to improve performance

Have you tried reflashing the firmware via SEUS?
It should solve it. If not, then it could be a hardware issue.

Yes but it appears that it's not installed correctly...you should do an update again and see if that solves it.
Sometimes SEUS doesn't install the firmware correctly; it happens.
