You can cretate Location Based Alerts in your mobile phone.
eg:- When you travel a long distance you usually sleep off. You can set alarms in your smart phone so that it will wake you up as soon as you reach your destination irespective of the time delay.
You can create alerts to remind if you of switching your profile to silent when you enter the church.
This all happens by reading your location.
The location can be read in two ways a GPS device connected to phone or just based on the network signals.
