What does SEUS do if it can't get onto web? Will it use the previously downloaded firmware.
I don't have it installed since it doesn't work on vista, but I'm looking for a way to flash older firmware even when a new on is available.

No, it won't work.
But it would be nice, if SE would add an 'offline mode' where we could, just as you said, reflash our mobiles w/o an internet connection.
