recently my fone gained a white screen, the fone said insert sim, so i turned it off removed the battery took out and replaced the sim since then it has been a blank screen, it has all my baby photos on need it back, can someone please help

Ur cell's firmfare crashed out. I had same problem 2 times with in 6 months. So if ur phone has under warnty. than direct go ur nearest sonyeri. service cemter. East or west, w550i is the best.

imo, if you upgrade your phone with SEUS you will only upgrade the phone, so you wont lose your data at all.
im not sure at all as i dont have done it by myself.
