Apple TV 160GB + cable(s)
Pros been wanting one for a while, nice to stream my iTunes content over my home network instead of plugging in the iPod
Cons poorly reviewed, not very exciting
Toshiba HD-A20 HD-DVD player + cable(s)
Pros 1080P home video goodness
Cons no way of knowing yet if this'll become the next BetaMax
xBox 360 + VGA cable
Pros I'll get to see how the "Halo" story ends (I'm hooked)
Cons high failure rate, I'm not an acne-riddled basement-dwelling 13-year-old so xBox Live is lost on me
Nokia E65 + accessories
Pros very nice upgrade from my E50
Cons 3G does not work in US, wife will kill me for buying yet another new phone so soon
fix my g.damn piece-of-sh!t VW
Pros slightly increases likelihood of passing safety/emissions inspections
Cons 1000 new problems will mythically appear
Any other thoughts?
