Hey guys heard that its a chat application and also allows voiP calls. Does anyone use it ? Does this application works on k750i ?

the k750i does NOT have wi-fi, which is the primary 'carrier' for VOIP. so your phone does not support fring, and there is no fring version available for your phone too as far as i am aware of. just to clarify, fring is currently only available for windows mobile and symbian phones.
wouldn't it be faster if you just google or go to the fring website?

Dude already searched and visited Fring. Couldn't find for my phone , but a friend having Nokia6600 had suggested me So got confused. Any way many many thanks for your SUPPORT.
If you like Plz clear me what's Wi-Fi. I only know GPRS and 3G.

This is not true. I use Fring on my N95 and E90. I use it while walking in the city without wifi. I have had Fring conversations using either 3G or even using only EDGE. So be clear of your facts.
Wifi is just one of the communications bearers. 3G/EDGE/HSDPA all work quite fine.
