Hi aal,
My Hbh-Ds970 bluetooth headset keeps freezing up on me. Does that mean the battery is dead or dying or what?
This is the second pair that I have had and the previous one froze much more often like after an hour of play whereas this one might freeze once or twice a day?

Thanks

could be a fake, definately sounds like one. Genuine headsets have not had this sort of problems as far as i know, most have been stable...

Nar I bought mine from an eBayer here in the USA and made certain to avoid the Chinese and Hong Kong scammers. I know about them all too well.

Bought mine from a proper UK shop and never had any problems like you describe.
