Does anyone have the disassembly information for the P1.
My P1 squeaks, almost anytime I touch it, even the screen squeaks when touched on the upper right corner.

I want to open the phone and see if I can snap it better or something to stop this, I can hardly use the phone !!!!

squeaking occurs when:
-Touching the black plastic below the screen and above the keypad.
-Touching the screens rigth upper corner or lower left corner.
-When pressing the back button
-When pressing the frame, anywhere around the screen.
and so on.

Am I the only one?

Mine has started to squeak and creak. Not as bad as yours though by the sound of it but it is getting worse....

Its a pain for sure.

I did open the battery cover and tighten the screws, it made it better for half a day then it returned to the same squeaking P1.

Would the old credit-card-inside-the-battery-cover trick from the P990 work on the P1?

So I'm not the only one at least. The plastic bar below the screen that says P1i on it gives a few creaks. More annoyingly, the lower right corner of the screen squeaks when pressed with anything other than a really light tap, with a bit more pressure it actually has quite a bit of give. This contrasts the rest of the screen which seems to be fitted fine otherwise.

If you look at the bottom of the phone (where the connector port is), are the two corners aligned properly?

Mine arent, and hence I think that's why there are rooms for some part of the room to move and make that noise.

For those who have squeaking phone, do you set the phone to vibrate mode a lot? I was thinking that might be one of the possibilities
