> Sync failed using BT

I can sync with Outlook successfully using USB cable but failed using BT. Pairing was successful but failed to connect. I am using PC Suite v 1.3.22 on Vista Premium and P1i. Can someone advise the possible causes and fixes. Thanks!

Make sure you add the "serial port"-support in your BT computer software. And turn off security software (firewall/antivirus/antispyware etc..)
