> w610 keypad stops working!

hi there
i bought recently as w610 an from time to time some keypads(4, 6, 0, and pressing left on the joypad) just stop working! it already happend when i'm playing games, writing messages or when i'm just on the menu
does somebody here have the same problem??
I send the phone to the warranty and this is still hapening! besides that the phone was returned with some scratchs!

Demand a refund or another phone, if necessary.

its not a rare thing for the W610/K550, be carefull when buying those phones.

Hey, i had this problem when i first received the phone. The 4 and 6 keys would stop working when writing more than one message, the keys would only work when going back to the homescreen. Typing a phone number would work fine, but writing a message would cause the keys to stop, or at least be very unresponsive.
This problem has gone away since i updated the firmware, i haven't had the problem since. My W610i was "R1KG001 ORANGE" which i have since updated to 'R6BC002 GENERIC'
