Hi, I just got a w880i as a replacement from my company TIGO in Colombia. I tried the phone really well for two days and everything went ok but now it gets relly hot in the keypad zone and behind that zone too. It's weird to see that the battery keeps at a good temperature but the metallic case and the lower part get really broiling!!! Also, the recording sound on the videos I shot is really poor quality or non-existant. Any advice or recommendation before taking it to a service center? Thanks on advance

get it fixed under warranty, or get it exchanged for a new one as its only a couple days old!

sound when video recording is crap on a lot of phones imo, though you should be able to hear it. To clear it up a little, perhaps cover the mic a tad.

but again, take it back

Nope. I don't know what happened. It just started overheating suddenly. If i just turn it off, it stills keep getting hot, even if i'm not using it.
