Right, I am going on a contract with O2 for £20 a month which is within my budget. Went passed the CPW today and they were offering the Nokia 6300 half price for £15 a month, but you still have to pay the £30 a month and then redeem the money back, which I am not too keen on.

The phones they have to offer are :-

SE K810i
SE K800i (brown or silver)
SE W880i (black or silver)
SE W580i in Grey (currently out of stock me thinks).
Nokia 6300
Nokia 7373 (yuk!)

I am gearing towards the K810i, but didn't really want to have another joystick phone, although have previously owned a K750i and never had any problems with joystick there. Had a little mess with the dummy phone in shop and the buttons don't seem too bad.

I also like the 6300, but hubby has one of these phones, I like it, but the camera is a bit naff. Good all round phone though, easy to use.

W880i seems ok, comes with a 1gb card, but camera is worse and doesn't have radio.

What would you all suggest?

Forgot to mention, they are offering a couple of Samsung phones and one Motorola, but don't think I will bother with them at all.

I'd go for a K810 if music isn't too much of a concern, the K810 music player is pretty good for a non-walkman phone

W880i for me, K810i is a K800i with silly little round buttons IMO.

Was in the same boat as you a couple of weeks ago. I went with the k800i cut only on the 3 network. £20 for 500 xnet mins and a free phone. Take a look at their website i would highly recommend them!

Round buttons are better than those tiny ones
