I've been after another emulator (I have already got the awesome Picodrive) for a while and I found this tonight. I've tried it with a couple of games and its worked fine for me so far. Did a search on here but couldn't see anyone else having posted about it. The trial doesn't let you get very far sadly, but based on half an hours play with the activated version it seems good to me.

W950 need of another vbag.cfg in /data/other/vampent...

If you do this you don't see error 130.

Ok it's working now, but the program itself isn't as good as picodrive
