Last thing I read was that Tomtom could not be run on a N95 unless you use a bluetooth GPS device as Tomtom wont see the internal GPS.

There's still no solution for TomTom with the internal gps. Hopfully they will fix this shortly as it's by far the best gps software for driving. Route66 does however work together with the N95s gps.
