Is there any software available for M600 with which i can record ongoing calls?

This has been discussed on the P990 and I would expect the answer to be the same for the M600: not possible!
If you require this functionality then either buy a non-UIQ3 device from Sony Ericsson if you want to stick with the brand, or buy a Series 60 phone from Nokia if you need a smartphone.
There are a small number of Windows Mobile phones that support call recording. A few Gigabyte models can do this.

But why SE why? You have Call recorders in every Non UIQ phones of yours. I bought J300 and it had Call recorder. Why not on UIQ phones?

no, it could deffinitely handle it. Recording is not at all processing intensive.
Its a security concern I'm guessing, because on a non-smartphone SE have total control, but on a smartphone, it would be a simple matter to remove the warning beeps and record something without informing the other person.
