Every phone I try to connect to the SEUS service, comes back saying unable to detect phone. Why is this, have used it in the past with no problems, now unable to do any updates or even check to see if the phones I have are upto date. Is this a problem with SEUS.

As the update service has been removed from the

website I presume

has taken it down completely.

When you start it, it says downloading new files, does this, connect phone, starts to check for phone, then just keeps saying, unable to detect phone, tried it with two different K800i's, W810i, K810i, W880i, all unable to detect phone, this has been going on for weeks. Could having Nokia pc suit on there as well have any effect.

This has to do with a new USB Flash-driver that Microsoft released too soon with Windows Update. Should be fixed in 1½ weeks approx..

So this is a microsoft issue then. That sounds about right, as my laptop has done several updates over the last few weeks. Is there any way of putting it back to how it was, and my laptop is running XP not vista, so does this possible reason still apply.
Thanks
Stephen
