I rang o2 as i lost my phone to claim on insurance and they are saying i cant have a new phone because my sim card was in a different phone? Im a bricklayer so im hardly going to take a lg prada onto sites with me! Quite angry about this is there any way i can sort it out?

nope, all insurance companies have the same policy, where as if you have not got your sim card in the handset at the time of it being lost/stolen then the claim is not valid.
