> K810i shows black screen in camera

I've just received a brand new K810i tonight and it looks great... but when I open the camera shutter and it displays the camera screen, all I see is a black background with View and Settings options and a bunch of icons. If I point and shoot anyway, I get a black picture. I am assuming that the phone is busted but maybe I'm just being stupid? Am I missing something or is it time to send this one back?

Well , definately the camera is busted.The camera ain't working that's why its showing you a black Picture.Get a replacement.

Once you open the camera lens cover the camera is supposed to get activated. The camera gets activated, but you get a black screen. The camera is damaged. Get it replaced as you said it is new.

I was assuming that it was busted but I figured it was best to ask in case there was a simple answer like 'you have to remove the flippetty-widget off the lens before it will work'.
