Don't get me wrong, I love everything about the P800, its all anyone could ask for from SE and a whole lot more. Now about the whole lot more part. I am 17 and buying a phone in excess of $500 is not only impractical but also unfeasable, and I am making a cry out to SE to make a phone that is a T68i/P800 mix. I want the polyphonic ringtones, big screen (doesn't need to be as big as the P800), more than 256 color (ugh, gimmie at LEAST 4096 colors, SE!) and of course everyones cup o' joe: JAVA (mmm). Doesn't even need a built in camera. I think that many users don't need the touch screen or amazing PIM capabilities of this phone, I want something that rivals the Motorola T720 (no flip please) and can download games like the rest. Anyone else share my reverence and at the same time abhorrence of the P800 for being just plain out of my reach?

Well, I'm not sure how big you want your screen to be, but I think the new Nokia 3510i has 4095 colours, poly ringtones and Java. It is also dirt cheap.

If you want a big screen but no flip, then your current choices are only the nokia 7650 and the (yet to be released) P800.

I suggest you wait until the P800 comes out and people start selling them on eBay when they find it a bit too big for everyday phone use.

Everyone says that p800 is a brick but i don't think that the 7650 is smaller. If SE released a phone midway t68i and p800 it would surely be more than $500. This post was posted from a T68i

Why not to use a combo of t68i and ipaq3870. Both gadgets got a bluetooth, so you can have much more powerful HW than n7650. And cooler. Ipaq3870 can be for $250 on ebay. This post was posted from a T68i
