Hi evrybody
My P1i mutes both sound and mic when I make or receive a call. It works perfectly in all other apps. Has been like this since I bought it a month ago. Tried reset and update but nothing works. Any ideas? Otherwise I just love it. As I'm travelling I haven't been able to find a servicecenter that can help.
SE support just told me to get to nearest servicecenter

If reset and update did not work, this is most likely a hardware failure and therefore, yes, you should go to a service center.
