I tried beaming theme file into my T300 but the Theme just doesn't appear properly...
Can someone help me on this? thanks!

Yes, all T68 themes are compatible (actually identical) to those for the T300. The T68(i) and T300 use the basic underlying software.

i have tried alot of the t68 themes...works exellent
if u're gone make them from scratch..may i suggest theme creator pro..so simple..
