Cross network doesn't yet work.
You will only be able to send to T-Mobile users. Your MMS may have been sent, but it did not get sucessfully delivered!

I experienced the same thing and now I knew the answer. It is because the MMS support of your service provider is not activated still. So you need to contact your service provider and ask them for activation. You can send even your MMS is not activated because of your Activated GPRS. So that's it. I will just wait 24-48 hours of activation.

cross-network MMS is possible when using the same MMS gateway. for a long while we have used phoneparadise.com MMS gateway and can send MMS among different networks.

Is phoneparadise still working or maybe it's not free anymore?

Well, for your information, if you are from the Philippines, cross-networking is very possible when you are using Smart whether under prepaid or postpaid services. Try it, I found out this fact only this afternoon when I am very frustrated about Globe's MMS.
