Is there a program where i can save the numbers in my mobile onto my PC and then just copy them across to a new phone?

I presume that you have a K800i, going by your avatar, as you didnt say. You can use PCsuite from the SE website to backup to outlook and then use it agin on your new phone to do the same.
If you are going from the K800i to another with bluetooth then you can just send them accross using bluetooth.

On the K800i you can also backup the contacts to the memory card.

Try backing up contacts to the memory card and then restoring from that.

Should do. Not tried it on T650i but worked from K800i to W880i.
