phone won't power on nor will it connect to pc via usb (therefore, won't be recognized by any program). What can I do to fix??

Remove the battery for 15 minutes. Refit it and then try again. If you get no joy then its off to a service center

likely, i'll be needing to get it fixed by sony but not sure how to go about this. I e-mailed support but havent' gotten a response. And being in the u.s. I don't think there's a sony service center to take it to.
