Hi I am new to this BBc on my P1i and need help, please could someone give me a step by step guide and requirements, I installed it once allready but removed it as it was not working.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

do you have a bb account?
if so, have your P1i provisioned first by your provider.

I am with o2 and they said I cannot have BB package only a data package, does this help me or is that incorrect?

There will be no Blackberry without Blackberry package. The data package could help you to get an Active Sync solution running. Check
