It's the re-launch of the N-Gage service, where by customers can now download new and existing N-Gage games to a range of N-Series handsets, including in this case the new N81.

No it's not an new N-Gage, no it wont be expensive, and the ergonomics will be no worse than regular gameplay on a phone. The games will probably be short simple games like football, spaceships, etc.

N-Gage is not a hardware/device any more.

Its a platform. Almost all upcoming Nokia phones will support n-gage now.

Think about it like XBOX live or PlayStation network for mobile phones...

Very smart move from Nokia(!)

Nearly all the major game developers are involved in the launch of the new platform and their will be plenty of games optimised for use on these devices. and they are not going to over priced either. Go check out http://www.OVI.com select the Ngage and download the press release for further information. The first device optimised for game play is the soon to be realeased N81 with dedicated gaming keys.
