Updated your firmware to the latest R1KG001 & it will stop the nag screen from everytime asking. It will ask you just once for each application & thats it.

I used SEUS, it told me i had the newest version
But my firmware is R1ED001.

Or use WotanServer. I was unable to get the latest with SEUS, so that gave me another option. I was also able to suppress camera sounds when the phone was on silent and get rid of the Play now feature.
