I am having problems with updating my firmware for K550i
In addition to following the steps given there, I have also attempted
1) Deleting the db folder in Update SErvice folder
2) Switching off USB charging
The phone just switches on after 1 mt of keeping C pressed and no update happens i.e. it remains in the screen where the phone model appears. Additonally the phone folder and memory card folder open up in the comp as well because the phone becomes on. But no update happens. HELP!

turn off u phone remove the memory stick and battery and sim, then delete db folder and run seus then press c button and hope u will update u phone
