I just noticed that my handset doesn't lock itself automatically. Even though its Automatic Key lock is check on Tools/Control Panel/Security/Locks. Anyone had experienced this problem?.

Are you a flip-on or flip-off type of person?

I think "Control panel/Security/Locks/Automatic keylock" only applies to flip closed mode.

Check "Control panel/Device/Screen saver/Automatic input lock" to also lock in flip open mode.

I use it with the flip and I have noticed that the keylock fails to activate sometimes. The only way to fix it is to power off and on. (latest firmware)

@Olly

I think that this could be due to a 3rd party app which somehow causes (or only simulates) activity or prevents the activation of the keylock for any other reason.

Next time it happens, go to the task manager and check for running apps.

If there are any, end them all and check again..
