i think the good cameras are only put in the camera based phones such as the cybershot range and not in others such as the walkman range so people are persuaded to buy more than one phone or maybe to keep cost down when implementing other features?

Its a serious issue, I guess they might be trying to seperate the music phones from the camers ones, If the camers phones have a bad quality then its curtains down for them....

Would you elaborate please. I wasn't under the impression Sony made cameraphones.
Are you going to insist that the K750i pictures are better than the K800i pics which in turn are better than the K850i picture quality; even though the K850i hasn't been launched yet?

Ops. I think this place is better since people are modding k750i/w800i/w810i/k800i/k810i camera drivers and we all see how worse the cameras are (from cid36 - cid52)
sasha-SE: I will have a look at it and if i have enough m*n** I will have a go with it
However, I like Sony bcz we can do some trick with it and it is cheaper
