Just out of curiosity, is it possible to use a T300 with T68i software, or visa versa? All in all they seem like they're pretty much the same inside.

I can just picture someone doing that to a T300, and trying to enable Bluetooth or something. The phone will probibaly flip big time

If the procedures and user interface are identical, that doesn't mean that they will work with the chipset, ( Same as assembly)

I opened both my t68 up and the t300 up and it seems as if they both have extremely similar layout and chips in them. It's just a thought. I figured someone may have tried it before

I have a T300 and I tried the T68i Communication suite 1.5.1 to try and sync my contacts with outlook. Didn't work. The program does not see the phone.
The only other software that I've tried is the MobileAgent software. It works, I am able to update contacts via the SIM card, but it is not very stable.

Why not try to put the T300 software into a T68 and then see if we can get java or poly ring (change the buzzer from T300 to T68). If we can.. I guess new T68 successor is coming really soon..

I have been able to save my contacts to a *.vcf in outlook and then send them to the phone using the SE software, but I am still trying to sync my events. I have also gotten a Palm to send a task via IR and it showed up in my events but that is the only way I can do it so far. Anyone that knows anything else about it would be much appreciated.

Not possible, the T300 has a hardware synthesizer for polyphonic ringtones.
