u mean AMR sounds?
almost all SE could play AMR sounds.
narrow-band for sure.
but for the wide-band, i think only newer support...

of course it can be activated.. but not for FREE afaik.

using Wotan, you hafta tick on a box to enable it.
and other clients like Kulankendi i think?!

You can do this for free. You need FAR + SEFP plugin and gdfstool.
