thought i would come here to find out rather than ringing the CPW at about 50p/min.
i requested that my PAYG number be migrated onto the contract i just took out.
i just wondered will my PAYG sim card not work and will i have to use the sim card (the contract 1) that came with my phone??

You should be able to port it across. You will need the pac code for your Pay as you Go sim, so you will need to call them.

my old PAYG one or will i use the new contract 1 that came with my new phone.
at the moment the contract 1 says 'inactive sim'

The number should migrate to the new contract sim, usually takes a few days.

yeah keep getting texts on my payg sim that it will be done by tomorrow, but wasnt sure if it would stay on the PAYG sim.
