if you just want a simple free website..you can use bravenet for free hosting and then use freedomain.co.nr to make your long annoying URL they give you into a shorter one ....

macromedia dreamweaver will help you to create a website simply, but its costly...although you can get keygens for it although im not allowed to help you with that
