my phone has been messing up for the past two weeks or so... im not sure whats going on.. my buttons are starting to give out... i never had this problem with my k750... i have to continue to press buttons several times before they actually work... can anyone tell me why it would start doing this... also i just ordered a new housing and keypad, by switching this out will it fix the problem..

Possibly a problem with the internal (white) keypad PCB, I'm guessing it's either got a buildup of dirt/dust/crud inside which needs cleaning out, or the pcb itself is ready for replacement.

Do you use the keypad heavily, i.e. texting, games etc.? Could be it's just wearing out.

i had a problem with the joystick on the k750 but never my k800... i havent dropped or wet it or nothing... first the 4,6,*, and 0 keys were giving me problems... now they're hardly working at all and other buttons are starting to follow...

i dont play much games but i do text a lot... no more than i did when i had my k750...

im really hoping its the durt build up and maybe after i switch out the housing the problems will stop...

thanks...
