There is a software called "SMS Spam Manager for UIQ3" which does what you wan't to do. Unfortunately it's not freeware.

@dominique
While this is a nice app which can manage and filter unwanted incoming sms, it does not block them.
@nikola
The sms settings are only for outgoing sms and have no effect on incoming sms.
You can't block incoming sms. If at all possible, it can only be done by your operator.

I never saw this app life - just read the advertisment: "Block all - the phone will block all incoming messages".
So in reality - are you still bothered by the SMS if you use SMS Spam Manager? Do you still get notifications? Or are they filtered silently?

there are several options to filter sms with the software, and there is no notfication if you receive an sms but you can view it on sms spam manager log.

Why do you need them blocked instead of filtered out of your way?

@dominique
Why not ?
I think that there are far more bizarre wishes than this one in this forum.

Everyone has the right to the most bizarre wishes

I am just curious what is the difference between blocking and filtering because I don't get it. And there must be some difference, because it was stated as a major flaw of the program by 2 of the board members...
