> K800i major problems

For some unknown reason, last week my K800i froze then shutdown. I couldnt restart it at all until I left it on charge for a few hours. When I did manage to restart it I discovered all my games had gone. This includes the ones I had purchased and the usual ones you get when the phone is new.
Is there any way I can get the games back?
Also, my joystick will hardly work in the down position possibly as there's dust in it. It's just out of warranty so I cant send it back. Is a home disassemble recommended? Are there any good guides out there?
