My girlfriends K800i hade a dodgy video call camera, so I sent it to Anovo for repair. They decided to give us a replacement phone, and all was well. I recived that one in july this year. After a few weeks the replacement stopped working, and stated "SIM Inactive".

So I returned the phone to Anovo, and they sent it back explaining the phone was blocked after being reported stolen. For this magnificant service they wanted me to pay 419 swedish kronor.

Fortunatly for me, I work at Swedens largest operator, so I called our customer security department, and they found out that Telenor had blocked the phone. I also got a phone number directly to their customer security department. The day after they called back to me, and the block was correct, no one had put in the wrong IMEI when trying to block another phone. They also told me that "my" phone had been in use in Telenors network from october last year until may this year.

Anovo has obviously sent me a used and refurbished phone, that also was blocked after being reported stolen. I had to go through extra work to find out that Anovo (as I always thought) were responsible. I also had to put up with beeing suspected and had to answer questions like "where did you get this phone?".
So, I called Anovo today, and all they could say was that I should return the phone and they would have a look at it...
I also called our regional represantative from Sony Ericsson, and he said that it was up to Anovo to fix it. Sony Ericsson couldn´t do anything.
He also confirmed that swap units from Sony Ericsson in most cases are old refurbed phones.

Need I say that I´m not impressed. I put most blame on Anovo that is a really incompetant company, it´s not just me who recieved really bad service from them.
