So the P1i is the first UIQ phone with official Arabic support. My phone was able to read and write Arabic out of the box.

I needed to also read Chinese, so I installed a few fonts on my memory card to be able to read Chinese.

Now I can read Chinese, but Arabic shows as squares. If I remove the memory card (where the font is installed) Arabic shows with no problem.

Any idea how I can read both languages at the same time?

Sigh...
Go to secentral.net,
Then go to the symbian section of the forum,
Then go to the second sticky titled "all the resources you need for your uiq symbian phone"

Anyone have a solution for my problem?

The Chinese fonts you put in /Resource/Fonts directory only contains Chinese and English UTF-8 unicode. You need add Arabic unicode fonts into those files.
