I am currently looking at getting a k810 from play.com since they sell it BNIB/unlocked/unbranded at £200 which I think is a good deal.
What I would like to ask is if anyone has previously purcahsed from play.com and how good they are (ie. good customer support, product is full english version with 3-pin charger totally unbranded ect) and if anyone would advise another site which sells the k810 BNIB/unbranded - world generic firmware/unlocked/full english version with 3-pin charger ect and at a good price.

www.play.com are very good indeed, the product takes a few days 2 at max to arrive but it will be in UK spec, very good place.
There is also

I've been using Play.com for the last 3 years and never had a problem, goods arrive quickly and well packaged, my son also uses them as so do friends of mine
