Guys,
Symbiansigned registration has been re-enabled.
I've just registered successfully.
Public domains (gmail, yahoo, hotmail, etc.) are not allowed though.

You can't!
Just register a .co.uk domain name, it's only a few quid per year. You don't need a website, you don't even need to set up an email client, you get a web-based email client included in the price.
