after my mobile phone stopped working its w810 my parents will kill me.. it has a guarantee but i dont know will they fix it... Is there a way to fix my phone ?

Sorry, but I can't help you. But surely someone else here can.
EDIT: Idea! Try updating the phone's OS via SEUS (SE's update service)

yeah its fixable, any local phone shop will have the equipment to sort, looking £15-£25

Try flashing it again or do a firmware update with SEUS if the phone is recognized by the PC.
