my mates got a k800 where the camera doesnt start but does throw up the another app is running error (i know a reflash will sort this).

please can someone go into the service menu and go to the keyboard test, then slide the lens cover open and tell me if it says lens cover open.

Thanks in advance!

(ps:my k810i detects when the lens cover is open in the keyboard test, but my mates k800 doesnt and i think it has a cam flex fault)

thanks for that mate, he wont be happy when i tell him that it has a hardware fault as well!
