This started few days ago, when somebody calls to me i can't hear what he is talking. Does anybody have same kind problems?

Hi, probably a problem with the ear speaker, it's contacts could have been flattened over time or knocked out of position with a drop, it's normally easily rectified by taking the phone apart and re-siting these prongs if you feel confident/competent to do so. If this doesn't solve the problem, could need a new ear speaker, which are quite cheap off Ebay.
Though before you try all this try updating the phone's firmware via SEUS to rule out any firmware gremlins.

Just thought, also try the ear speaker in the service menu - if you're not sure how to get to it, press >* and < represent joystick pushes). See if it works in there at all.
