Like above, get fring or IM plus or any other multi-IM client. They will let you talk to windows live messenger users as well as others such as AIM etc..

I got agile but havent installed it. Would you say thats a good choice? I dont want one though that charges per message, id like it to come out of my data allowance instead.

Agile is a nice messenger, but not free like Fring.
