Hi to all
First of all sorry that I am asking questions about a little outdated model(compared to the P1 and W960). But I looove it!!!
Maybe I can find the answers to some of my questions somewhere in the forum but the posts are so scattared that I got tired of looking on the 20th page...sorry..
So here are my questions:
1. Is there any way to make the phone keep the side Play/Stop key(at least) and the other three Walkman buttons unlocked even when the keypad is locked. It is so pointless to lock them. You can hardly push them if you don't want that and even if this happens it will maybe just play the next song...I hate using the handsfree so I bought a small adaptor for my haedphones. But now I have to keep the phone unlocked all the time in order to play/pause without taking the phone out of my pocket.

2. Can I use my laptop's WiFi signal and Bluetooth to acess the internet with the W950i(I mean can I open pages on my phone using the laptop's internet access). If yes what configurations do I need to make.
3. Can I open web pages the way they are (like the iPhone), not some cell phone adapted sh** versions... I know that it doesn't support flash animations but can I at least browse for pictures and stuff like that?
4. What is the latest firmware version and is it worth it? When I uploaded the latest one SEUS found I ended up with the Play/Stop key getting locked when I lock the keypad

5. Some of the older SE phones could be used as IR remote controls of tVs. Is there a program that can do that with w950?
6. Why does Walkman program sometimes play just the first 2-3 minutes of an audio track that is longer than 5-6 minutes and skip to the next one???

2)Sharing internet over bluetooth is not possible as far as I know, atleast not from laptop to phone. Wifi would be possible if you enabled internet sharing.
3)The browser is opera right? just disable the fit to sze option in the more menu. Or download opera 4 mini beta 2.

5)No program as of yet, psiloc said they're working on it but a few compatibility problems have them held up indefinitely.
6)Sounds like the song is corrupt after a certain point.

3. Yes , Opera 8.6 you can ALMOST open most of the web pages with no prob's .
4. R9GA001 , its the last firmware thru SEUS improved the Loudspeaker Loudness and sound , fone generaly respon'd faster .
5. No as far as i know .
6. Obviously there is something with ur firmware/Unit or its juz some song corruption .. i never experienced something like it .
